As a husband, business owner, and father to three beautiful daughters, I know all too well how precious time is. Therefore, I’m passionate about helping busy, ordinary people unlock their fitness potential.
I consider myself fortunate to be able to do what I love every day! After working with 1000s of clients over the years and developing my coaching methodology, I’ve seen first-hand the progress people can make with simple and easy-to-understand guidance, determination and personal responsibility.
I’ve been coaching since 2007 when I opened my first CrossFit facility in Reading. Later, my family and I moved to South Africa, where we opened an additional three facilities, and in 2017 we returned to the UK, where I set up my current coaching business.
Having been in the industry for so long, I’ve seen many fitness tools, methods, and fads come and go, which has given me an understanding of what works and what doesn’t. I’ve been able to cut through the nonsense and develop no-nonsense, practical fitness tools for ordinary people.
